You will work closely with Product Designers, Product Owners, and Developers, learning how to translate complex business requirements into meaningful user experiences.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mapping user journeys, user flows, and interaction models</span> for new and existing product features.</li>\n<li>Support UX discovery activities by helping gather requirements, analyze user feedback, and identify usability issues.</li>\n<li>Create low-fidelity wireframes and UX concepts to explore and validate ideas early in the design process.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior designers to refine UX solutions and evolve them into higher-fidelity designs.</li>\n<li>Apply UX principles and best practices to improve clarity, accessibility, and ease of use across products.</li>\n<li>Assist with UI design tasks such as visual layouts, components, and small interface updates using the design system.</li>\n<li>Help maintain design documentation, UX guidelines, and design system components.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Product Owners and Developers to ensure UX decisions align with business goals and technical constraints.</li>\n<li>Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and user insights.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.</li>\n<li>1–2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or relevant internships or trainee roles.</li>\n<li>Portfolio demonstrating <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">UX thinking</span>, including user flows, wireframes, problem statements, and design rationale (UI visuals are a plus).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Figma and basic knowledge of UI design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging AI-assisted design workflows is considered an advantage.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, usability principles, and interaction design.</li>\n<li>Interest in complex systems such as fintech platforms, dashboards, or client portals is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn from feedback.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and thoughtfully.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Schedule: </span>On-Site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 on a hybrid model, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?
