    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>HPC-Industrial</strong>, powered by Clean Harbors,&nbsp;is looking for a <strong>Manual Machinist&nbsp;</strong>to join their safety conscious team!&nbsp;This opportunity is based out of the <strong>La Porte, TX</strong> area.&nbsp;This is a Manufacturing job shop that is seeking a <strong>Manual Machinist</strong> to carry out machining duties as directed. This team member will be responsible for&nbsp;producing machined parts by setting up, and operating Drill Presses, Mills, Horizontal Lathes, &amp; VTLs; maintaining all quality and safety standards; keeping records and maintaining equipment and supplies.
