As our Tax Analyst, you will work with us on a full time basis and your main responsibilities will include the following tasks:</span></li>\n<li><span>Gather client and business information for personal and business income tax preparation using Quickbooks Online, Gusto payroll system, &amp; Google Docs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare US federal and state income tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065’s) in ProConnect Tax Online for online business owners and supporting workpapers in Google Sheets.</span></li>\n<li><span>Calculate quarterly estimated income taxes and tax plans for online business owners using Pro-Connect Online and our custom in-house spreadsheets.</span></li>\n<li><span>Analyze our clients’ businesses and tax structure to identify tax savings opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare various tax deliverables such as elections, letters to tax authorities, letters to stakeholders, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work directly with our Tax Director to improve internal workflows and document service delivery process <br></span></li>\n</ul>",
