    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Production Manager</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Supervise, coach, and develop production team members</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Monitor production schedules, capacity, and workflow to meet customer demand.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and throughput.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Partner with manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve production issues.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ensure adherence to standard work, work instructions, and operational procedures.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, scrap, labor efficiency, and output.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Support training, cross-training, and workforce development initiatives.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Participate in NPI readiness, ensuring production teams are prepared for new product launches.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You Need</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br>&nbsp;&bull; 5+ years of production or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.<br>&nbsp;&bull; 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and workflow optimization.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting (SAP experience is a plus).<br>&nbsp;&bull; Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience in electro-mechanical or industrial product manufacturing.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Background in high-mix, low-volume production environments.</p></div>\n",
