    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Transports food and supplies from the Nutrition Services Main Production Area to patient service areas throughout the hospital. Participates in patient meal assembly and delivery of meals directly to patients as assigned, in a professional and efficient manner.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Inventories and stocks unit-based pantries. Accurately maintains records of pantry stock items. Follows established procedures for cleaning, labeling, rotating, and documenting pantry stock items.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, both manually and using automated machine. Places clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper storage areas. Gathers trash from Nutrition Production area and places in designated pickup areas. Cleans garbage cans, sweeps floors, and performs both heavy and light cleaning of Nutrition Production equipment, food service production and retail cafeteria areas. Reports any safety hazards or equipment not functioning properly to Shift Supervisor.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assists in basic production duties, as well as cafeteria food serving and/or cleaning.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Adheres to HACCP and ISDH sanitation standards.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Participates in and promotes CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) activities.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs other duties as required.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Clearly communicates and continuously supports the Mission and Values of Johnson Memorial Health.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conducts all activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and Johnson Memorial Health policies and procedures including Blood and Body Substance Precautions.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must be able to read and write.
