padding: 0px;\"><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Coordinates and manages perinatal hepatitis B cases in Shelby County by&nbsp;identifying, tracking, and documenting cases and conducting pregnancy investigations and care coordination activities.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Provides case management oversight to ensure infants exposed to hepatitis B receive&nbsp;appropriate prophylaxis, complete the hepatitis B vaccination series, and obtain post-vaccination serologic testing.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Collaborates with birthing hospitals to develop, implement, and strengthen policies and procedures that support the prevention of perinatal hepatitis B transmission.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Develops and delivers training to healthcare providers and staff on perinatal hepatitis B prevention guidelines, reporting requirements, and best practices.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Builds partnerships and collaborates with epidemiologists, Public Health Nurses, healthcare providers, and Immunization Program staff to ensure coordinated program implementation.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Monitors program activities and&nbsp;</span><span style=\"border-bottom: 1px solid transparent; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">evaluates</span><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">&nbsp;outcomes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance prevention strategies and program effectiveness.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px;
