With more than 1 million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits, and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>Seasonal </strong><strong>Guest Access Team Member</strong> who will play a crucial part in creating our 2026 US OPEN team! </p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitoring entrances and exits within specific locations</li>\n <li>Screening guests as they enter facility for correct credential access</li>\n <li>Providing guest assistance by answering questions or giving directions</li>\n <li>Maintaining communication with supervisors and the US Open Command Center</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient English fluency</li>\n <li>Professional but courteous communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be available to work the entire duration of the US Open (August 19th - September 8th) </li>\n <li>Ability to interact with a diverse group of guests to provide the highest level of customer service</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times</li>\n <li>Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends, and extended hours</li>\n <li>Able to remain calm in a focused and fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time and may require walking up / down stairs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of <strong>$19.00</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Uniforms:</strong> Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Daily Meal Allowance:</strong> A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Exciting Work Environment:</strong> Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Come One, Come All</strong></h2>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!</p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p>",
