It is our goal to hire high-energy, diverse, bright, creative, and flexible individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>Johnnie-O is looking for a Store Manager to lead the Alpharetta, GA retail location, to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, build a strong team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for achieving results in key focus areas such as team leadership, sales/community growth, customer experience, and store operations. Target opening date: 5/22/26.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Build a performance-driven, customer-first culture rooted in Johnnie-O values.</li><li>Recruit, hire, and develop top talent, providing ongoing coaching and recognition.</li><li>Set clear expectations, track progress, and celebrate team achievements.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution.</li><li>Use clienteling tools to build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.</li><li>Partner with marketing and community teams to plan events that engage the local market.</li><li>Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling personalized, authentic service.&#39;Ensure the team is confident in product knowledge, fit, and styling to provide expert recommendations.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.</li><li>Manage scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.</li><li>Execute seasonal floor sets and weekly merchandising updates that reflect brand standards and directives from HQ.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of retail management experience, ideally in a premium or lifestyle brand.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets while developing strong teams.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze performance, make data-driven decisions, and act quickly on opportunities.</li><li>Comfort with POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, and be on your feet for extended periods.</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS &amp; COMPENSATION</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time/Hourly position plus commission opportunities, paid time off, and paid holidays</li><li>Health/Dental/Vision/FSA/Life/Shirt-Term Disability Insurance benefits</li><li>Employee discounts</li></ul><p>Aside from a fun and unique working environment, Johnnie-O offers a challenging career coupled with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
