Function efficiently in the food court and maintain portion controls. Participate in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation in the food court and all other areas of the Bowling Center.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</span></strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>include but are not limited to the following:</span></p><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Responsible for cordial reception to the guests and prompt courteous service.</span></li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:0in;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Responsible for answering telephones and making reservations, if required.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Verify reservations, if required, before assigning guests to reserved lanes.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Advise guests of waiting time and recommend food court services to guests.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Responsible for advising guests according to established bowling safety and game procedures.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Handle any guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Operate cash control system.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Function efficiently in the food court and maintain portion controls.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Participate in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation in the food court and all other areas of the bowling center.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Participate as a team member with all Bowling Center staff members and any pertinent Casino staff in producing a smooth and efficient operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Keep all areas clean &amp; sanitized as directed.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Fill in for co-workers as necessary to get the job done.</span></li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>QUALIFICATIONS:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Previous Bowling Center/Food service or other customer service experience preferred.</span></li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></strong></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
