    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>***This job does require a combination of clinical and administration duties*****</strong></p>\n<p><br><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p><span>The Assistant Chief of Anesthesia (CRNA) supports the operational, clinical, and administrative leadership of the Anesthesia Department. This role assists the Chief CRNA in coordinating anesthesia services, managing staffing and workflow, ensuring competency and compliance, and fostering effective communication among CRNAs, anesthesiologists, perioperative leadership, and other clinical teams. The Assistant Chief CRNA serves as a resource, mentor, and liaison, helping maintain high quality, safe, and efficient anesthesia care across all service areas.</span></p>\n<p><strong>About CarolinaEast Health System:</strong></p>\n<p>CarolinaEast Health System is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care across the Coastal Carolina region. Additionally, we are honored to be named one of America’s Best-In-State Hospitals by Newsweek, among numerous other prestigious accolades.</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirement</strong>s:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current RN license with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing or Compact License recognized by the North Carolina State Board of Nursing.</li>\n <li>Current North Carolina CRNA certification on NCBON for expanded Role Nursing.</li>\n <li>Master's degree required; doctoral preparation (PhD, DNAP, DNP) preferred.</li>\n <li>Certification/Recertification by the AANA Council on Certification/Recertification.</li>\n <li>Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification with American Heart Association</li>\n <li>Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience as a CRNA</li>\n <li>Prior leadership or administrative experience preferred.</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>\n  &nbsp;</p>",
