    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.10.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.10.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p>Great opportunity for a talented Welder to join our J&amp;D team fabricating, welding and painting parts and components for manufacture of ventilation systems, stall systems and other J&amp;D products!</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Shift: &nbsp;</strong>1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with the possibility of overtime on Friday.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong>&nbsp; Based on experience.</p><p><strong>Benefits: &nbsp;</strong>Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, 401k, Employee Discounts and More!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>Read work orders and blueprints to determine product or job instructions and specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting and bending lines, dimensions, and tolerances.</p><p>Set up, operate, and tend welding machines that join or bond components to fabricate metal parts.</p><p>Load work pieces into machines.</p><p>Assemble, align, and clamp work pieces into holding fixtures to bond, heat-treat, or solder fabricated metal components.</p><p>Correct problems by adjusting controls or by stopping machines and opening holding devices.</p><p>Inspect, measure, or test completed work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.</p><p>Determine optimal use of material to generate a minimum amount of scrap.</p><p>Correctly mark identifying information, such as part numbers, on work piece.</p><p>Complete daily and monthly inspections and complete checklists for verification (ex. Crane, respirators, paint booth, etc.)</p><p>Record completion of metalworking on specified work orders.</p><p>Meet production quotas as assigned.</p><p>Verify that ventilation systems are working properly at all times.</p><p>Set up, operate, and tend machines to cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, drill, straighten, or manipulate various materials.</p><p>Verify machine has been inspected and is in operational order before using, such as completing and operation checklist and certifying that proper safety guards are in place.</p><p>Prepare and paint products. &nbsp;</p><p>Properly check, clean, and maintain paint equipment, such as filters, per safety guidelines.</p><p>Identify needed equipment maintenance and ensure it is reported to your lead.</p><p>Communicate with and assist other workers in work area.</p><p>Follow good housekeeping practices.</p><p>Assist in identifying and resolving quality problems.</p><p>Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required.</p><p>Identify and immediately correct any safety hazards in work area.</p><p>Perform any other duties as assigned.</p><p>Responsible for generating team spirit and creating and maintaining a personal attitude and work environment that fosters the highest level of employee cooperation, morale and satisfaction.</p><p><br><strong><em>Education and/or Experience</em></strong></p><p>A Welding Certificate; or one to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. &nbsp;Experience in manufacturing is preferred.</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
