If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Supervise up to 2 teams of 2-4 MST Therapists who are compassionate, dedicated people who want to empower youth and families.</li>\r\n\t<li>Works a non-traditional schedule and make themselves available as needed to support therapists.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage all incoming referrals to ensure therapists maintain a caseload of 5-6 clients at a time</li>\r\n\t<li>Carry a caseload of 1-2 clients, each being seen multiple times per week; additionally, is on call for his/her clients 24/7 in the event of a crises.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support MST Therapists in implementing problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review and strategy revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process</li>\r\n\t<li>Facilitate weekly group supervision and individual supervision of MST Therapists</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with stakeholders and promote/educate about MST</li>\r\n\t<li>Actively collaborate with the MST Expert around implementation of MST and ensure continued development of own clinical skills</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><em>This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role.
