Your profile
You ensure a smooth workflow and immediately take responsibility at our Front Office in Cologne. As an Office Administrator / Office & Team Assistant, you are, on the one hand, the first point of contact for incoming calls, clients, prospects, and lawyers. On the other hand, you provide support within the team for accounting and other commercial and invoice-related matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Office Management: Calendar management, deadline monitoring, administration of email inbox Professional customer support and enhancement of customer experiences Efficient call management Management of office supplies Assistance in planning and preparation of internal events
Focus on Financial Support: Commercial assistance in the finance department Collaboration in various accounting tasks Support in the processing and sending of invoices Active involvement in handling advance lists Conducting reminder calls to ensure timely payments
