    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Do:</span></p>\n<p>We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">***PAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE***</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">The Big Task:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\">You will accurately and efficiently install top of the line heating and air equipment including ductwork in our in our customers’ new homes. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Key Sub Tasks</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.</span></li>\n<li><span>Keep your truck inventory up to date.</span></li>\n<li><span>Properly complete paperwork.</span></li>\n<li><span>Join the on-call rotation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a clean and professional appearance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Have and maintain a clean driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.</span></li>\n<li><span>Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
