Description
Manage a division or multiple division technology team(s) that supports the division offices, stores, and other facilities. Establish team priorities to be responsive and support strategic direction. Function as the ambassador by partnering with division leadership and enterprise technology teams. Direct and manage the design, development and support of their team and supporting processes to meet customer expectations. Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador to the division and local facilities for the overall technology organization. To be aware, support and assist with all initiatives relating to technology
- Partner with Technology management teams, both engineering and product, to evaluate requirements and determine the best technical solution for initiatives and enhancements
- Provide leadership to ensure clarity between ongoing projects and the strategic objectives of the company
- Accountable for team(s) adherence to all Technology standards and procedures, including regulatory compliance
- Participate and communicate issues around systems performance and resolution of production incidents, which may require after-hours support
- Identify and drive strategic work within the overall team
- Communicate with associates, division leadership and senior management on the vision, strategy, and plans for technology
- Oversee budget activities, including the development and ongoing management of annual budgets, capital, and expense savings; plan/forecast future budgets
- Lead the division team to find innovative ways to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive efficiencies and change within the organization
- Travel within the enterprise to support the technology initiatives
- Manage the 3rd party maintenance providers regarding installations, break fix incidents and to hold accountable for enterprise standards and SLA achievement
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree IT or related equivalent work experience in an Information Technology position
- Any direct technical experience in related disciplines
- Any extensive experience leading Technology initiatives
- 10+ years in administrative management of teams and/ or extended staff including contractors
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of systems, procedures, and technology/project life cycles
- Solid administrative and project management skills
- Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
- Excellent negotiating skills and may require experience in contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
Desired
- 10+ years of experience managing Technology teams or direct technical experience in related disciplines
- Any experience in retail management or other management positions

To be aware, support and assist with all initiatives relating to technology<br/>- Partner with Technology management teams, both engineering and product, to evaluate requirements and determine the best technical solution for initiatives and enhancements<br/>- Provide leadership to ensure clarity between ongoing projects and the strategic objectives of the company<br/>- Accountable for team(s) adherence to all Technology standards and procedures, including regulatory compliance<br/>- Participate and communicate issues around systems performance and resolution of production incidents, which may require after-hours support<br/>- Identify and drive strategic work within the overall team<br/>- Communicate with associates, division leadership and senior management on the vision, strategy, and plans for technology<br/>- Oversee budget activities, including the development and ongoing management of annual budgets, capital, and expense savings; plan/forecast future budgets<br/>- Lead the division team to find innovative ways to drive continuous improvement<br/>- Partner with business stakeholders to drive efficiencies and change within the organization<br/>- Travel within the enterprise to support the technology initiatives<br/>- Manage the 3rd party maintenance providers regarding installations, break fix incidents and to hold accountable for enterprise standards and SLA achievement<br/>- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports<br/>- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation<br/> </p>",
