    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>Riverbend Co-op is currently recruiting for an Ag Solutions Operator at our Tullis Agro location.</p><p>This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Ag Solutions Division while delivering superior customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Ag Solutions team, this role helps provide farm clients with a variety of agriculture-related services and products.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Provide outstanding, courteous guest service. This is the priority over all other duties at Riverbend Co-op&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone in a pleasant and professional manner&nbsp;</li><li>Support day-to-day operations within the Ag Solutions Division&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work long hours during the seeding season</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding duties and stand for extended periods&nbsp;<span> </span>during the seeding season</li><li>Operate a forklift as required&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in operational activities as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Attend training as required&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Will Need</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>You have Grade 12 education&nbsp;</li><li>You have strong communication and customer service skills&nbsp;</li><li>You are organized and able to manage information accurately&nbsp;</li><li>You are committed to working safely in a safety-sensitive environment&nbsp;</li><li>You have a valid driver’s licence, Class 1A license is considered an asset</li><li>Forklift experience is considered an asset</li><li>Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset to troubleshoot conveyors, bearing replacements when required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Will Get</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan</li><li>A workplace where your work matters, contributing directly to a locally owned Co‑op that supports its communities.</li><li>Room to grow!
