As a <strong>Leasing Consultant</strong> for our student housing community in Newark, DE, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for current and prospective residents, helping students and their families find a place they can call home.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In this role, you&rsquo;ll support leasing and pre‑leasing efforts, conduct engaging tours, follow up with prospects, and help convert interest into signed leases.
