The ideal candidate will be responsible for&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">tracking the technical aspects of vessel modernization and alterations for Military Sealift Command (MSC).</span></span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5;\">Serve as Marine Engineer for assigned projects concerning public vessels powered by steam, diesel, and gas turbines</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5;\">Take ownership of technical software application issues brought by our customer base, engaging other teams (internal and external) when needed to drive resolution</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5;\">Serve as a consultant to MSC Marine Engineers, working closely with all team members in the life cycle management (to include alteration and modernization) of assigned vessels</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5;\">Assist MSC Engineers with development of engineering products necessary for vessel sustainment</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5;\">Provides support and recommendations to the team support process workflows and tracking of various projects.
