The American Flyers Mechanic to Pilot sponsorship program might be just what you’re looking for. Selected candidates will work as an A&amp;P mechanic while earning monthly flight training scholarships in addition to a monthly salary.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080; font-weight: bold\">Mechanics will earn training for the Private, Instrument, and Commercial pilot licenses, with possible extensions available to also receive certified flight instructor certificates (CFIA &amp; CFII).
