    "description_html": "<p>CRMG is looking for Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the two apartments communities of Kinnaman Terrace, and Pacific Apartments with a total of 65 units.</p><p><br></p><p>The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.</p><p><br></p><p>We would love to hear why you would be a great fit for this role!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> <a href=\"https://www.kinnamanterrace.com/\" target=\"\">Kinnaman Terrace</a> (Aloha, OR), <a href=\"https://www.pacific-apts.com/\" target=\"\">Pacific Apartments</a> (Beaverton, OR)</p><p><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $26-$28/hr.</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM</p><p><strong>Weekly Contracted Hours:</strong> 40 hrs.</p><p><strong>Additional Compensation: </strong>A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.</p><p>This position is required onsite living as there is no office onsite.
