      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Maintain and evolve the company SMS in alignment with FAA Part 5 principles&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure clear safety accountability and reporting pathways&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide direct reporting to the Accountable Executive, Leadership&nbsp;Team&nbsp;and Safety Review&nbsp;Board&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain the company Safety Policy and safety objectives&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure regulatory alignment with applicable FAA, OSHA, and AS9100D frameworks&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Own SRM ticket intake, triage, investigation, and corrective action tracking&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Facilitate hazard identification workshops across flight, engineering, and manufacturing&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Evaluate operational, manufacturing, and facility risks prior to new activities&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Support risk assessment during configuration changes and new production workflows&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Develop and track leading and lagging safety indicators&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain safety dashboards and recurring executive reporting&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct internal safety audits and compliance checks&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain risk registers and hazard logs&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Partner with Quality to ensure traceability of safety-related findings&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead SMS and EH&amp;S training programs&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strengthen just culture and proactive hazard reporting&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct regular safety walks across hangars and production areas&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Facilitate Safety Review Boards and cross-functional safety forums&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead EH&amp;S programs across hangars, labs, battery charging areas, and&nbsp;office and&nbsp;production spaces&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for manufacturing and assembly processes&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to standardize safe work practices&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure safe handling of batteries, tooling, lifting/rigging, and high-voltage systems&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Coordinate emergency response preparedness and drills&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain OSHA compliance and environmental controls&nbsp;</li>\n<li>This role does not perform&nbsp;aircraft&nbsp;system safety analysis (FHA, FTA, SSA), but partners closely with System Safety Engineering.&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Strong debugging and systems-level thinking</li>\n<li>5+&nbsp;years experience&nbsp;in aviation, aerospace, or regulated industrial safety&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience implementing or operating SMS (FAA Part 5 preferred)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in manufacturing or production safety environments&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience conducting formal investigations and root cause analysis&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Familiarity with FAA-regulated operations (Part 21, 23, 121, 135, experimental, or military)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with safety data analysis and trend monitoring&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"
