    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour with the opportunity for compensation increases within your first 90 days after you've completed training. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Production Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed. This role guarantees 40 hours per week, with overtime during our peak production seasons.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Operate the forklift to unload and load product as needed. Help coordinate activities in a warehouse environment. Maintain and promote a safe working environment. Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate forklift safely while unloading/loading/ moving product internally within the warehouse.</li>\n <li>Responsible for upkeep/housekeeping of warehouse facility.</li>\n <li>Assist the team in achieving and maintaining inventory.</li>\n <li>Knowledge/experience of material handling goals via cycle count in the stockroom and assembly function.</li>\n <li>Help investigate any adjustments to the system as required.</li>\n <li>Special Projects and other duties as assigned by management.</li>\n <li>Ability to work overtime as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of computer applications, including database, spreadsheet, and word processing. Ability to develop and analyze spreadsheet data. </li>\n <li>2 years of warehousing experience, forklift certification required. Experience with inventory procedures.</li>\n <li>Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. </li>\n <li>Qualified in operating forklift trucks, material handling equipment, and packaging machines. </li>\n <li>Ability to use computerized shipping systems as required.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and good written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>Basic math skills using fractions, decimals, and whole numbers, accuracy with numbers required.</li>\n <li>Required Competencies</li>\n <li>Problem solving</li>\n <li>Teamwork</li>\n <li>Action Oriented</li>\n <li>Integrity and Trust</li>\n <li>Time management</li>\n <li>Priority Setting</li>\n <li>Drive for Results</li>\n</ul>",
