          "text": "<p><a href=\"http://www.ingramcontent.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ingram Content Group (ICG)</strong></a>&#xa0;is hiring for <strong>Operations Team Lead</strong>&#xa0;to contribute to our&#xa0;<strong>Manufacturing&#xa0;</strong>team in&#xa0;<strong>Jackson, TN</strong>.&#xa0; An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run an operating department of major production environment.&#xa0; Serves as the lead person overseeing department or activity workflow.&#xa0; Acts as in leadership capacity in absence of the Supervisor.</p><p>Want to join a key team that helps the world read?</p><p>At Ingram, the Operations team serves a key role within the organization.&#xa0; We ensure that our distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency.&#xa0;&#xa0;Safety is a core value in our distribution environment.&#xa0; We emphasize this through training, education and accident prevention programs.&#xa0; Process Improvement is another core value, and through innovations such as voice and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, as well as feedback from our associates, we work toward constant improvement.&#xa0;</p><p>The world is reading, and it is our goal to connect as many people to the content they want in the simplest ways.&#xa0; If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you!</p><p><strong>Pay: $23.25/hr+ DOE with a $2.00 shift differential</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong></p><ul><li>Shift: D - Shift Wed-Fri 7pm-7am (every other Saturday)</li><li>OT when required</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li><li>1-year experience with PC based applications</li><li>1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment</li><li>6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Trains and develops hourly associates.</li><li>Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.</li><li>Provides direction and leadership to associates.</li><li>Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.</li><li>Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.</li><li>Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.</li><li>Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.</li><li>Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.</li><li>Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.</li><li><strong><em>This list is not&#xa0;exhaustive.</em></strong></li></ul>",
