Description Key Responsibilities Product Verification (PV) Testing Plan and execute Product Verification (PV) and confirmation testing per customer specifications and internal standards Develop, maintain, and improve test plans, test procedures, and OMS (Operating Method Sheets) Ensure on-time completion of PV testing to support program milestones (PPAP, PV builds, SOP readiness) Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and clearly communicate findings to Engineering and DENSO SSR teams Lead or support investigation of test failures using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) Coordinate with internal groups and global counterparts (DENSO Japan, DENSO NA, Thrid-party NA labs, suppliers) for test alignment and issue resolution Support special testing requests (environmental, durability, stress, vibration, etc.) Metrology & Measurement Systems Manage metrology system for all lab and production measurement equipment in compliance with IATF 16949 and internal standards Ensure all equipment is calibrated, traceable, and fit for use at all times Evaluate measurement capability and drive improvements to ensure accuracy and repeatability Support selection, validation, and implementation of new test and measurement equipment Use necessary measuring equipment for dimensions of product to verify conformance to specifications.
