If you’re looking for a workplace that values innovation, teamwork, and environmental impact, you’ll fit right in.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will you do...</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be confident to design a modern user interface with tiered permission levels, developing a mobile version to complete the existing Windows application</li>\n<li>Be capable to upgrade the database infrastructure on the backend, as well as creating the new front end system.</li>\n<li>You will be responsible for building a multifunctional, report‑style dashboard, while ensuring robust security is maintained across all components of the system</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What are we looking for...</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Attributes Required:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work largely unsupervised</li>\n<li>Be pro-active to solve problems independently</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Attributes Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office suite (strong Excel script skills, using TypeScript, or JavaScript based automation)</li>\n<li>Capable of producing internal reports (excel) and presentations (powerpoint)</li>\n<li>Should be familiar with Power Apps and Power BI (or similar platforms)</li>\n<li>You are confident with key programming &amp; formula languages such as Power Fx, C#, and SQL</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will work &amp; earn...</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will work 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, with the option of an early finish on a Friday!</li>\n<li>During the 12-week work placement, you will earn National Minimum Wage (NMW) for your age</li>\n<li>You will be based on site, at the AEM offices in Washington, Tyne and Wear</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>If this role excites you, and you’re ready to be part of a company that’s making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!</em></span></p>",
