Health</span><span> </span><span>Clinic</span><span> Manager, in coordination with the </span><span>Operations and </span><span>Medical departments, </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> the planning, organizing and supervision of operational and clinical duties related to patient</span><span>-</span><span>centered </span><span>care and </span><span>satisfaction, patient flow, efficiencies</span><span>,</span><span> </span><span>and provider</span><span> productivity</span><span> within the </span><span>Women’s Health/Reproductive Health</span><span> Department</span><span>.</span><span> </span><span>This position</span><span> will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> </span><span>monitoring</span><span> the day</span><span>-</span><span>to</span><span>-</span><span>day activities of the clinic site and </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> the direct supervision, </span><span>actions</span><span> and needs of clinic staff.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversees</span><span> and manages all aspects of the day-to</span><span>-</span><span>day clinic operations and ensures that they are conducted </span><span>in accordance with</span><span> the policies and procedures of </span><span>Aviva Health</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Responsible </span><span>for </span><span>provider and patient scheduling to ensure </span><span>maximum</span><span> patient access and satisfaction, achievement o</span><span>f</span><span> productivity goals</span><span>,</span><span> and financial viability.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitors daily and monthly productivity and other key performance indicators</span><span>;</span><span> reports and implements budgets for clinic </span><span>site</span><span>, including m</span><span>onitor</span><span>ing</span><span> and contro</span><span>l</span><span>l</span><span>ing</span><span> clinic expenditures within the </span><span>Aviva Health</span><span> Board </span><span>- </span><span>approved budget</span><span>, in collaboration with Director. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Routinely interacts with patients and staff to </span><span>maintain</span><span> awareness of needs and satisfaction of service provided.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Engages</span><span> regularly with staff to assess satisfaction and help ensure concerns are addressed.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Engages</span><span> routinely with patients to assess satisfaction and the quality of services provided.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conducts regular staff and provider meetings on an as-needed basis.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participates in quality improvement processes and implements, evaluates, and </span><span>maintains</span><span> QI activities for the clinic.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborates with Providers and </span><span>leadership</span><span> to implement quality improvement and patient safety and satisfaction initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinates scheduling of all staff</span><span>ing to ensure </span><span>optimum</span><span> service levels.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensures</span><span> that </span><span>correct</span><span> levels of supplies are </span><span>maintained</span><span> and organized</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provides direct supervision </span><span>and support </span><span>to</span><span> all department supervisors, program managers</span><span>,</span><span> and coordinators</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serves as a mentor and clinical resource to staff.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Promotes and supports integration of behavioral health, dental, and other support services into </span><span>Women’s Health Clinic</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensures clinical care delivery aligns with FQHC standards, protocols, and guidelines. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Assists</span><span> with coordination and compliance of all state/federal programs, </span><span>to include</span><span> but not limited to, Reproductive Heath, STI, </span><span>and </span><span>VFC</span><span>.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>QUALIFICATIONS</span><span>:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Associate</span><span><span> </span></span><span>d</span><span>egree in<span> </span></span><span>business or healthcare administration</span><span>, or equivalent<span> </span></span><span>e</span><span>xperience</span><span>;<span> </span></span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>B</span><span>achelor’s</span><span><span> </span>degree preferred.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or management experience<span> </span></span><span>in a healthcare setting<span> </span></span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Active RN or LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credentials preferred.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience in<span> </span></span><span>a</span><span>n<span> </span></span><span>FQHC
