    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <p><strong>SUMMARY&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n <p>The Operations Manager FLS, FMO is responsible for the effective management of a team of Facility Coordinators that are dedicated to the FLS category for work order management. &nbsp;Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: &nbsp;Driving team engagement to ensure achievement of all requirements, process development and implementation, achieving service level agreements and maintaining compliance with all regulatory, safety and all other requirements.<br>\n  &nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <p><strong>KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <p><strong>People Leadership</strong></p>\n <p><br><strong>People leadership responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n <p><br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage a team of Facility Coordinators assigned to various accounts supported by BGIS.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for people-oriented activities including but not limited to employee engagement, development, and performance management, hiring and retention, compensation recommendations.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures each of your team member’s work is performed in accordance to all internal and external requirements.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain current awareness and knowledge of all applicable regulations and requirements and ensure your team is made aware of the specific regulations and requirements that apply to their individual portfolios.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establish annual objective setting with your team and conduct semi-annual and annual performance reviews.</p>\n <p><strong>Operations Management</strong></p>\n <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages work orders with a focus on cost control (OT, efficiency, etc.), and weekly work order expenditures.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborates with relevant concerned parties to review, develop, refine and implement processes and standard operating procedures.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Recommends and implements technologies to achieve greater efficiencies and productivity.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintains current awareness and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.&nbsp;<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitors and drives team performance to ensure achievement of service level agreements and performance metrics.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieves greater efficiencies through factors including but not limited to effective resource utilization and labor loading, work order and callback issues review and developing and implementing corrective solutions, leveraging self-perform.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborates with FMO, Dispatch and CMMS teams for effective service delivery.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Investigates and resolves operational issues.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Acts with a high degree of urgency in resolving issues to ensure timely resolution and to maintain client satisfaction.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide support with operational tools/programs including but not limited to: as GeoTab, Lone Worker, PMR and ODP.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties as required.</p>\n <p><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong></p>\n <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expansion of Facilities Services business, including hands on on-boarding of new clients and providing strategic leadership and insight to the accounts they support.&nbsp;<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing monthly reporting to the accounts that they support.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Driving continuous improvement and process improvements.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties as assigned<br><br>\n  &nbsp;</p>\n <p><strong>KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5 to 10 years of trades operations work experience, with at least 5 years at the supervisory or management level.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET).<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of HSE and FLS regulations and management systems.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Extensive knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including provincial/federal OHS legislation, fire and building codes, and environmental laws.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to provide guidance and engage a team of employees and drive performance to ensure all requirements are achieved.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Skilled at managing a skilled trades operations.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to develop and implement processes and standard operating procedures.&nbsp;<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Skilled at influencing, persuading and negotiating.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Computer proficiency.</p>\n <p><strong>Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation</strong><br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
