We’re looking for a diverse group of people to join the team as Global Security Operations Centre Operators. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, and be an effective communicator who is capable of working in a fast-paced team environment. Our team is stronger when we have people with a wide range of skills and experiences. Do you have experience in a call centre, composing communications, or enjoy working with a team? Then you should consider applying. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) is the 24/7 intake and triage for physical security occurrences at client's site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal team members, adjacent teams, and external partners</li>\n <li>Strong leader who owns their work and has an eye for continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Working in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts in office (no remote work)</li>\n <li>Remote monitoring and triage of physical security occurrences, including vandalism, vagrancy, and intrusion alarms</li>\n <li>Being adaptable in the face of changing business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong computer, communication and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and ability to think critically</li>\n <li>Focused on continuously improving both the program, the team members you work with and yourself</li>\n <li>Strong time-management, and the ability to prioritize and manage their own work to ensure quality and efficiency</li>\n <li>Participate fully as a member of the team and contributing to a positive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual (French/English) is required.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.</li>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Disclaimer:</u></strong></p>\n<p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
