Also, as needed, this person is responsible for providing direct clinical social work services to patients and their families as a part of the multidisciplinary team with most emphasis on completing Psychosocial Assessments, conducting groups, facilitating marital and/or family therapies, assisting in program development and developing, implementing, and reviewing Treatment Plans on the units.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Signet Health Offers a Wide range of Benefits for its Employees:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>-Competitive Salaries</p>\n<p>-Medical Dental & Vision Insurance</p>\n<p>-Generous Paid Time Off</p>\n<p>-Paid Malpractice Insurance</p>\n<p>-CEU Allowances</p>\n<p>-Retirement Savings plans- 401K with employer Match</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Major Duties and Essential Functions:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates the psychiatric assessment process with the attending psychiatrists.</li>\n <li>Identifies age-appropriate developmental tasks and needs as evidenced in the development of care and the treatment planning sessions. </li>\n <li>Completes Psychosocial Assessments, reviews treatment plans and conducts groups, as needed on the Units.</li>\n <li>Maintains contact with nursing homes, medical-surgical units and other facilities and agencies to promote the program and to provide education regarding services available for their clients/residents.</li>\n <li>Provides ongoing communications with referral sources concerning the status of patients referred into the program.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health, facilitating patients' access to community resources and conducting therapeutic groups   Adult Inpatient psychiatric and/or substance use experience is preferred. </li>\n <li>Must be flexible to adjust to the needs of a fast-paced environment, demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, and display proficient oral/written communication skills.  </li>\n <li>Must be licensed or able to get licensure before starting in Washington, DC</li>\n <li>Strong preference given to candidates with LICSW, LPC or be eligible for endorsement and will consider LGSWs with experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation Information:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Current PRN Rate of Pay:  $46.62/Hourly Rate with Additional Weekend differential of $7.00/ Hour. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*Please note that resumes should not include photographs.
