Responsibilities&nbsp;</span></strong></u></p><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">The apartment <strong>Leasing Consultant</strong> is responsible for ongoing resident satisfaction and stellar customer service and collaborates with prospective residents to help identify their needs, meet those needs, and match them with their ideal apartment.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">While the following information should be considered a comprehensive description of this position, it should also be noted that some responsibilities might not be specifically addressed.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Main duties for <strong>Leasing Consultants</strong> will include:</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Highlighting the community, answering questions, and guiding residents to view various apartments and amenities</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Responding to potential resident rental interest in-person and via digital platforms</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Maintaining a professional, yet friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Physically inspecting the community when showing apartments and reporting to maintenance any service needed&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Presenting new rental offers and existing resident lease renewals&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Addressing resident-related issues and managing resident communication</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Inspecting all units prior to move-in, at move-out, and throughout vacancy &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Maintaining awareness of local market conditions, competitors, and current trends</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Answering and addressing any community-related questions or concerns as a front-line representative of HSL and a community expert&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Preparing potential resident background checks, including reference letters, rental history, income verification and lease application</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Properly executing all terms of a lease and taking needed steps in the case of a defaulting resident</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Completing any additional duties assigned by their supervisor</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Attending meetings and assisting the team in preparation of all reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.</span></li></ul><p><br><u><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt;\">Skills &amp;
