Our mission is to leverage the collective strengths of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) to improve the health and wellness of the people we serve. We are a fast-growing organization founded in 2016 with 9 health centers and now serving hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries who receive primary care at health centers and independent practices across Massachusetts. We are an innovative organization developing new partnerships and programs to improve the health of members and communities, and to strengthen our health center partners.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\"><u>Job Summary:</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\">As an integral member of the health center management team the Site Director of Pharmacy, Health Center Pharmacy, is responsible for direct day to day oversight of the health center pharmacy and serves as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). The Site Director will oversee daily operations and financial management of the health center pharmacy, managing to plan. The Site Director will be part of the Community Pharmacy Cooperative (CPC) Pharmacy Management Team and assist with the development of Pharmacy goals and objectives for the health center pharmacy programs. The Site, Director of Pharmacy, Health Center Pharmacy reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, CPC and has a matrix relationship to Health Center Site leadership.</p><p style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\"><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Manage the day-to-day pharmacy/clinical/business operations of the Health Center Pharmacy.</li><li>Oversee PBM and third-party agreements and monitoring with adherence criteria.</li><li>Supervises and coaches the pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians to maintain a competent staff to manage the daily workflow of the health pharmacy.</li><li>Oversees purchasing of the outpatient pharmacies inventories in order to control costs while meeting outpatient pharmacy dispensing needs.</li><li>Oversees the health center&rsquo;s 340B program with purchasing and management. Works with CPC &amp; C3 as well as Health Center Leadership as a resource for the program for the covered site entity.</li><li>Develops Policy and Procedures and manages the health center pharmacy in line rules and regulations of the appropriate regulatory bodies for retail pharmacy services.</li><li>Works with finance personnel to develop and oversee monthly accounting reports for health center pharmacy.</li><li>Will present health center pharmacy service line reports to the Director and CPC pharmacy meetings as applicable.</li><li>Works with health center and leadership of the health center to meet pharmacy needs of both the health center and the patients in a patient centric approach.</li><li>Maintains strict adherence to the Confidentiality policy.</li><li>Incorporates C3/CPC, Mission Statement and Goals into daily activities.</li><li>Complies with all Policies and behavioral expectations of the department and health center.</li><li>Maintains courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients.</li><li>Demonstrates an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment.</li><li>Demonstrates a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.</li><li>Participates in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.</li><li>Participates in and successfully completes Mandatory Education.</li><li>Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\"><u>Required Skills:</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Minimum of 5 years of retail/outpatient pharmacy experience as a supervisor or manager.</li><li>Requires strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the health center staff in making recommendations, assisting in resolving problems concerning the provisions of health center pharmacy services, supervising, training, and motivating staff to excel.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:5.0pt;\"><u>Desired Other Skills:</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Experience working with a Medicaid population is strongly preferred</li><li>Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers is strongly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated success in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including communicating and working with Providers, Social Workers, Community Health Workers and other health care teams.</li><li>Clinical, business and analytical skills</li><li>Direct experience in working Medicaid and Medicare programs and PBM and Third-Party insurance groups</li><li>Knowledge and experience with 340B programs and oversight</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as but not limited to the Washington Board of Pharmacy and Department of Public Health and DEA</li><li>Requires strong computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft based office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)</li><li>Bi-lingual preferred</li><li>Experience with working on healthcare inequity &amp; social justice with at risk populations is preferred Must be flexible and adaptable to change</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to work independently exemplifying a high level of problem solving/decision making skill sets</li><li>Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Possess ability to understand and communicate multifaceted verbal information to providers, health center staff, patients, and families</li><li>Additional qualities that would be a good fit for our team include: enthusiasm and passion for helping patients, genuine spirit, kind, and empathetic nature, and one who embraces a &lsquo;go with the flow&rsquo; mentality</li><li>Experience using appropriate technology for work-based communication <u>Qualifications:</u></li><li>Current, active WA Pharmacist license is required</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in pharmacy (RPh) or Pharmacy doctoral degree (PharmD) form an accredited Pharmacy College or University is required.</li></ul><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -5px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Current, active WA Pharmacist license is required</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in pharmacy (RPh) or Pharmacy doctoral degree (PharmD) form an accredited Pharmacy College or University is required.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
