Our Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) provides comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families in a supportive and trauma-informed environment.</p>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<h2>Position Summary</h2>\r\n\r\n<p>The Therapist/Clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy services to children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the clinician will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions in alignment with the mission and values of The Children&#39;s Guild.</p>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for child and adolescent clients.</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the treatment team.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, play therapy).</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, school staff, and other community providers to coordinate care.</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development.</li>\r\n\t<li>Engage families as active partners in the therapeutic process.</li>\r\n\t<li>Adhere to all COMAR, CARF, and relevant federal/state regulatory requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in crisis assessment and safety planning as needed.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
