With access to state-of-the-art facilities and mentorship from leading professionals, this internship is an ideal launchpad for students passionate about making an impact in the aerospace and defense market.</p>\n<h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Support and lead projects related to the manufacture, production, and automation of FMC & ECS products • Apply manufacturing processes and technologies, including automation, robotics, and LEAN/data-driven principles • Coordinate technical developments, scheduling, costing, and resolution of engineering design and test issues • Support customer visits, data reviews, and provide technical information • Assist in the integration of technical activities and products • Work under the supervision of engineers, engineering management, and operations leadership • Establish test criteria and perform test analysis of prototype and qualification components</p>\n<h2>Position Requirements</h2>\n<p>• Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) program (BS/MS/PhD) and in good academic standing • Experience or familiarity with CAD software • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and collaboration abilities</p>\n<h2>Equal Pay Act Statement</h2>We aim to pay our ‘ITT’ers’ fairly and competitively in the locations that they live and work.
