The role focuses on building workflows with Power Automate, creating custom apps with Power Apps, and integrating solutions with SharePoint and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering scalable and efficient business process automation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, configure, and deploy Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.</li>\n<li>Design and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) tailored to business needs.</li>\n<li>Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and external data sources.</li>\n<li>Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance best practices.</li>\n<li>Document development processes, configurations, and solution architecture.</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform updates and recommend improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience developing with Power Automate and Power Apps.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online integration and customization.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, or other data connectors.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of business process design and automation principles.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li>\n</ul>",
