This role involves providing advanced aesthetic treatments to clients, including injectables (Botox, Dermal fillers, PDO Threads, Facial Balancing with Combination Therapies, PRP Treatments, Biofiller/PRF, &amp; Mesotherapy), under the supervision of a medical director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, a meticulous eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. We are looking for a team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit to grow within the organization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Care and Aesthetic Treatments:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO Threads and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with state regulations and medical protocols. Medical Director will provide additional advanced training. </li>\n<li>Conduct thorough client consultations in-person and virtual consultations to understand aesthetic goals, assess suitability for treatments, and create personalized treatment plans.</li>\n<li>Educate clients on procedures, pre- and post-treatment care, and set realistic outcomes.</li>\n<li>Ensure safe and effective administration of treatments, adhering to best practices and medical standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety and Compliance:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strict compliance with health and safety protocols, including sanitation and sterilization practices.</li>\n<li>Adhere to medical spa policies, local/state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client treatments and follow-up care in the medical record system.</li>\n<li>Maintain professional liability insurance. </li>\n<li>Maintain all active licenses with state and federal regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Collaboration and Client Relationship Building:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the medical director, nurses, aestheticians, and other non-clinical staff to provide cohesive client care.</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.</li>\n<li>Participate in training sessions and stay current with new techniques, products, and trends in medical aesthetics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Knowledge and Sales Support:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommend and educate clients on skincare products, services, and packages that complement their treatment plans.</li>\n<li>Educate clients on treatment plans and benefits of combination therapies. </li>\n<li>\n</li><li>Collaborate with the team to meet revenue goals while maintaining a client-centered approach.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/ Certifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada</li>\n<li>Certification or additional training in administering injectables with (e.g., neurotoxins and dermal fillers) required.</li>\n<li>IV Hydration skills, a plus. </li>\n<li>Advanced certifications in aesthetic procedures (e.g., PDO threads, PRP, Laser Therapy, Meso-therapy) preferred.</li>\n<li>Current <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BLS/CPR certification</span> (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred).</li>\n<li>Professional liability insurance coverage (may be required).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years as an advanced injector required.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum of 2-5 years</span> of hands-on experience as in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.</li>\n<li>Must have proven track record/portfolio of performing procedures such as:\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Neurotoxin injections</span> (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify Jeuveau)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dermal fillers</span> (cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, under-eye, temples)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bio-fillers (PRP/PRF)</span> and advanced regenerative injectables for skin rejuvenation and </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PDO thread lifts (nonsurgical facelift with Cogs, Bards, and/or Collagen sutures)</span></li>\n<li>Optional: Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">laser treatments, skin tightening, and IV therapy</span> is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to assess facial anatomy, balance, and client goals to create <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">personalized treatment plans</span>.</li>\n<li>CME/CE in nonsurgical treatments and medical aesthetics required. </li>\n<li>Strong portfolio of before-and-after work preferred as an injectors.<br></li>\n<li>Sales experience strong plus. <br></li>\n<li>Social Media Savvy for industry is required for related content/showcasing/education purposes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional communication and consultation skills.</li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">facial anatomy</span> and safe injection techniques.</li>\n<li>Excellent <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">aesthetic judgment</span> with an eye for natural, balanced results.</li>\n<li>Ability to educate clients on treatment options, pre/post care, and setting realistic outcomes.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
