We are looking for an Account Executive to spearhead our sales efforts, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will play a crucial role in Workstream’s sales strategy by booking partner meetings, prospecting new franchisee clients, conducting new franchisee sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating new franchisee contracts, and closing new franchisee deals. Work Environment Fully onsite, office-based role (5 days a week), designed to support close collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional partners. Being in the office enables faster decision-making, stronger team alignment, and real-time collaboration essential for building and scaling our sales motion. Fast-paced, collaborative sales floor environment Daily in-person interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams Day In The Life Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively Pipeline Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring an accurate and healthy pipeline Performance Tracking: Monitor sales KPIs and deliver regular performance updates, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and SMB market challenges to adapt strategies and position our offerings as the preferred choice Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, share feedback, and deliver exceptional customer experiences Team Building: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members to cultivate a high-performing sales culture Who You Are 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in SMB markets and sales Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets Strong business acumen and understanding of SMB challenges and needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Able and committed to working onsite in the office five days a week What We Offer A mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empower deskless workers and local businesses An early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your career Competitive salary and equity Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision.
