We take pride in fostering a culture that champions involvement, ensuring that our impact is felt in the heart of the community.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong><br>&bull; Manage all aspects of assigned collection cases from inception through resolution.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Represent clients in court proceedings<br>&nbsp;&bull; Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with opposing counsel and debtors.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Conduct legal research to support case strategy and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in case management systems.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ensure adherence to client guidelines and firm policies.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Collaborate with internal teams including litigation support and compliance.</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; The candidate must be a member of good standing of the Wisconsin Bar&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&bull; 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in collections, creditors&rsquo; rights, or civil litigation.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and relevant state laws.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong><u>License/Certification:</u></strong></p><ul><li>WI Bar License (Required)</li><li>Additional Bar licenses are a plus.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Schedule:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Type:</u></strong> Full-time</p><p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p><ul><li>401K</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401K matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul><p><strong><u>Work Location:</u></strong> Remote&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-Remote</p></div></div>\n",
