Description Kent Building Supplies is a leading retailer in the building materials industry, serving both contractors and homeowners across Atlantic Canada. Our Store Managers play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering strong business results while creating a safe, customer-focused environment. As Store Manager , you will have full accountability for store performance, overseeing daily operations, safety, financial outcomes, merchandising execution, and team leadership. You will lead a diverse team, manage complex retail operations, and ensure the store consistently meets performance targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is motivated by continuous improvement and measurable results. This role offers a competitive salary with eligibility for annual bonus incentives.
