(Close-out documentation includes the following: O and M manual/warranties, Civil Engineer's as-built survey and submission of as-built site-plan to the County, County's final site inspection report and release of bond, GC's record documents to the A /E).</li><li>Coordinates with clinical staff, Epidemiology, Engineering, Safety and Security departments.</li><li>Performs job site inspections for safety programs as evidenced by the issuance of Interim Life Safety reports.</li><li>Submits the ILSM survey weekly to Hospital Safety Manager.</li><li>Assists PM by verifying that material stored on-site or off-site is claimed in Contractor application for payment.</li><li>Performs building surveys as requested by IDCD Director to verify existing plan conditions and provide plan information for use in updating the CAFM plan files and cost center database.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 2 years of experience with a General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor or Electrical Contractor</li><li>Education:&nbsp;Associate's degree OR 5 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree working with a General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, or Electrical Contractor</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>OSHA-30 certification</li><li>Healthcare construction experience</li></ul>",
