The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience with Rockwell PLC’s and HMI’s. As a member of the In Plant Implementation team, you will be part of the team that is implementing Ford’s Next Generation Automated Vehicle Scheduling (NGAVS) application. In that role, you will be responsible for the integration of NGAVS with Ford Vehicle Operations tooling and process control systems.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>In this position...&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><p><span>Candidate will work with vendor controls engineers to install, test, and debug standard NGAVS logic and drivers. He/she may also direct the efforts of others, including agency personnel or third-party controls integrators, depending on the project assigned.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Although most NGAVS PLC code modules are standardized, the candidate may need to create custom PLC code for plant unique situations or modify standard templates and AOLs to address issues identified by others. Duties will include maintenance of PLC code for Allen-Bradley ControlLogix using Rockwell RS5000 software and creation and modification of HMI code for Allen-Bradley PanelView HMIs.
