Your tasks Manage a portfolio of major airline and oil company accounts, acting as their primary commercial contact Develop and execute account plans focused on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction Lead contract renewals and price negotiations, supported by Regional VPs and the VP of Commercial & Pricing Prepare commercial proposals, term sheets, and contract amendments in collaboration with Legal and Finance Drive price realization, margin improvement, and discount discipline across your accounts Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships Track contract milestones, renewal timelines, and commitment volumes to ensure nothing slips Gather and share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends with internal teams Contribute to revenue forecasting, pipeline development, and profitability analysis for your accounts Collaborate closely with Pricing & Commercial Strategy, Regional VPs, Finance, and Operations on account strategy Maintain accurate account records and CRM data, and present regular performance reviews to senior leadership Your profile Degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or related field; MBA is a plus 5+ years in key account management, commercial roles, or B2B sales, ideally in aviation, fuel, energy, or logistics Proven track record managing major accounts with complex contract structures and multi-stakeholder negotiations Strong grasp of pricing, margin analysis, and commercial P&L drivers Commercially sharp, highly organized, and confident engaging senior stakeholders internally and externally Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and working with commercial data Self-starter who thrives in an international, fast-moving environment Fluent in German and English (mandatory); additional European language is a plus Based in Hamburg, with willingness to travel regularly across Europe Valid international driver's license We offer you: A modern office in the heart of Hamburg city center Trust-based working hours and opportunities for mobile working Being a part of the strategic decision-making process of an international and fast-growing company Full ownership of your projects and excellent development opportunities within the global organization of Skytanking and PrimeFlight, the sole shareholder of Skytanking Strong social benefits such as company pension scheme, vacation pay and 30 vacation days per year Opportunity to lease a JobRad bicycle and attractive employee discounts on corporate benefits as well as subsidized meal vouchers (Pluxee)
