At ALTOUR, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your voice matters and your success is a shared journey. <strong>Click here for more information about Altour.  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Amadeus driven technology (Smart Flows, Smart Script, Quality Monitor and Concur Compleat) to support multiple servicing platforms within Altour corporate travel. </p>\n<p>The objective of this role is to support our corporate travel division with creative solutions that increase productivity related to the agent workflow process, end-to-end automation, client services and operational quality assurance.</p>\n<p>This position reports to the Manager of Automation Development with a high level of communication between departments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><u>Smart Flow and Smart Script Creation and Management</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution</li>\n <li>Weekly script updates which include thorough QA testing of all key scripts</li>\n <li>Create and maintain documentation</li>\n <li>Assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction support as needed</li>\n <li>Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features, operational processes and capabilities where applicable to promote standardization and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Recommend new solutions and processes needed to meet team, client, reporting & operational goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Product Management</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with stakeholders to identify the business needs.</li>\n <li>Determine the best approach for delivery.</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly and effectively on the status of all current projects.</li>\n <li>Respond proactively and in a timely manner, in adherence to department service levels to service requests, project updates and agreed upon requests for information.</li>\n <li>Conduct and/or participate in meetings to provide an overview of systems and integration processes and technology as needed including the preparation of documentation as required.</li>\n <li>Providing administrative and technical assistance to training team/operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>Industry Experience</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts, Amadeus Smart Flows, and use of Amadeus Quality Monitor tools</li>\n <li>Background successfully integrate Smart Scripts with APIs or Databases.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in deployment of solutions to agents </li>\n <li>Substantial skills and proven working knowledge of Amadeus with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Technical Skills</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience and understanding of version control concepts and practical application of systems</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products </li>\n <li>3 or more years of Amadeus Automation development </li>\n <li>Experience using Concur Compleat</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Compleat: agency experience</li>\n <li>Sabre: Scripting, Red Apps programming</li>\n <li>Amadeus: Smart Scripts, Smart Flows</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Soft Skills</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and communication skills. </li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently and complete deliverables on time and with the highest level of quality</li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PAY AND BENEFITS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our benefit offerings include choice of two medical plans and two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), company-paid life insurance and AD&D, optional additional life insurance and AD&D, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, 401k Plan with company match, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
