Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complies with The Association of American Railroads regulations, quality assurance standards, and Greenbrier Rail Services Environmental Health and Safety policies</li>\n <li>Disassembles and reassembles cushioning units, snubbers, or yokes</li>\n <li>Performs assigned tasks under the direction of Supervisor and notifies Supervisor of materials and equipment needed to complete job tasks</li>\n <li>Interacts with Supervisor and crew members in a team environment</li>\n <li>Complies with special processes assigned, based on work orders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><em>The following generally describes requirements to successfully perform the assigned duties.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to use hand tools and power tools such as hammers, tape measure, screwdrivers, wrenches, and die grinder, impact, and cut off wheel</li>\n <li>Ability to work and communicate within a team setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> One + years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment and Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p><em>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
