Description

SUMMARY: The Director of Recovery Support Services reports to the Associate Vice President of Outpatient Services and oversees Recovery Support Services across SFRC's programs in Santa Fe. This position is responsible for leading and developing SFRC's Case Managers and Peer Support Workers, establishing best practices and standards of care, facilitating team meetings, providing supervision and training, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with CCBHC standards and organizational requirements. The Director of Recovery Support Services works closely with organizational leadership and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate recovery-oriented services, address social determinants of health, support recovery capital development, and ensure individuals receive comprehensive support throughout their continuum of care. This position oversees case management, peer support services, crisis response activities, community referral coordination, and grant-related deliverables to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and successful transitions across all levels of service.
