    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Position: Laborer Installer</span></strong><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but are not limited to)</strong><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Daily tasks will include but not be limited to, digging trenches/holes with shovel, gathering and storing tools, greasing equipment, driving company<br>&nbsp;commercial vehicles, maintaining a clean and safe work zone.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Assists crew in daily task of excavation, trenching and installing Fiber Optic Cable.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Operates vehicles and equipment operations from trucks to other equipment as directed and certified.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Safely and skillfully operate construction equipment (mini excavator) and assigned vehicles.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Perform daily equipment inspections and operator preventive maintenance checks. Report any malfunctions of equipment or problems to immediate<br>&nbsp;supervisor.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Must always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Conterra&rsquo; s safety<br>&nbsp;standards.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Directly responsible for all personal actions and any vehicles or equipment in their care, custody or control<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Report all personal &amp; vehicle accidents/incidents immediately to supervisors, cooperate and assist in the investigations.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Restore area to project requirements.</p><p><br><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; High school graduate or GED certificate;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; General knowledge of construction practices;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Knowledge of traffic laws, ordinances, rules involved in equipment operation, hazards and applicable safety rules and precautions for heavy<br>&nbsp;equipment operation;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&middot; Competent in the laws, regulations, and identification of underground utility locations;</p><p><br>&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;&middot; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
