    "description_html": "<p>Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst – M&amp;A will play a critical role in supporting the company’s acquisition strategy and financial planning efforts. This individual will serve as a key member of the FP&amp;A team, leading detailed financial modeling for acquisitions, analyzing both seller-provided and internal financials, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is an advanced Excel user (true “Excel guru”) with strong PowerPoint skills, deep experience reviewing P&amp;Ls, and a proven ability to build and interpret complex financial models in an M&amp;A environment.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Hybrid, 2–3 days in office, with flexibility based on team needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development of detailed financial models for acquisition targets, including valuation, accretion/dilution, and return analysis.</li><li>Analyze and reconcile seller-provided financial statements with internal financial data to assess accuracy, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Perform deep-dive analysis of P&amp;Ls (both seller and company) to support investment decisions and diligence efforts.</li><li>Partner with M&amp;A, operations, and executive leadership to evaluate acquisition opportunities and support negotiations.</li><li>Track and analyze post-acquisition performance versus underwriting models and identify key variances.</li><li>Build and maintain dynamic Excel models to support scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.</li><li>Prepare executive-level presentations and investment materials using PowerPoint for senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, including variance analysis and key performance metrics.</li><li>Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.</li><li>Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects, including large-scale acquisitions and integration initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and accounting to understand business drivers and improve financial visibility.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and modeling efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling, scenario analysis required)</li><li>Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise presentations</li><li>Deep understanding of financial statements, particularly P&amp;L analysis</li><li>Experience evaluating seller financials and conducting financial due diligence</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate insights to senior leadership</li><li>Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial analysis to operational drivers</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li><li>4–7+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or FP&amp;A with M&amp;A exposure</li><li>Proven experience building complex financial models for acquisitions or investments</li><li>Experience reviewing and analyzing seller-provided financials and conducting due diligence</li><li>Experience preparing materials for senior leadership, board of directors, or investors</li><li>Prior experience in a high-growth, acquisitive company preferred</li><li>MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred</li></ul><p>This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who thrives in an acquisition-focused environment and enjoys building models, uncovering insights, and influencing strategic decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,000 - $125,000 at the time of posting, with annual target bonus opportunity estimated at 10% of base pay. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position requires authorization to work in the United States without current or future</strong> <strong>sponsorship.
