          "text": "<p><strong>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</strong></p><p><strong>SG7</strong></p><p>Mechanical Systems Support</p><ul><li>Assist with installation, inspection, and basic maintenance of mechanical systems including fixtures, mounts, test rigs, track hardware, and support equipment</li><li>Support mechanical assembly and disassembly of components related to vehicle and tire testing activities</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical issues such as fastener failures, alignment concerns, wear, and vibration</li><li>Use hand tools and basic power tools to perform mechanical tasks safely and accurately</li></ul><p>Testing &amp; Engineering Support</p><ul><li>Assist engineers during setup and teardown of mechanical test equipment and test vehicles</li><li>Support alignment, torque checks, fluid checks, and basic adjustments required for testing activities</li><li>Assist with routine inspections of test tracks, mechanical fixtures, and support equipment to identify defects or wear</li><li>Support data collection activities by ensuring mechanical systems are properly installed and functioning</li></ul><p>Preventive Maintenance &amp; Safety</p><ul><li>Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment as assigned</li><li>Follow all site safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and job safety analyses (JSA)</li><li>Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or abnormal operation to supervisors</li></ul>",
