The right candidate will manage a team of analysts and subject matter experts to improve existing processes for a growing consumer financial services company. This role will also support the Head of Capital Markets in executing the department's strategy. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We hire people, not positions. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As our Manager, Capital Markets, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Partner with the Head of Capital Markets and C-Suite to translate market trends into actionable product/lending strategies.</li>\n <li>Lead the automation of recurring investor reporting workflows, moving away from manual spreadsheets toward scalable, data-driven solutions.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with internal constituents, bankers, lawyers, rating agencies, and investors to structure new financing facilities and modify existing ones as the business requires.</li>\n <li>Work within the organization to respond to requests from rating agencies, lenders, investors, and auditors.</li>\n <li>Develop relationships with current and prospective lenders by attending industry conferences. </li>\n <li>Automate departmental processes to increase efficiencies and decrease errors.</li>\n <li>Provide high-value analysis and insight to Concora Credit management, outside vendors, investment partners, and/or consultants.</li>\n <li>Provide analytical support for financial audits.</li>\n <li>Monitor ABS market and industry trends.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
