Comunale is seeking a Delivery Driver to support the Fremont branch.  Drives vehicle transporting materials and equipment to specific construction job sites performing the following duties. This position must comply with all state and federal regulations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Verifies and secures loads.</li>\n <li>Inspects vehicle for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating vehicle condition.</li>\n <li>Drives vehicle to assigned destination(s).</li>\n <li>Assists workers in unloading and loading truck when required.</li>\n <li>Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations. </li>\n <li>Performs emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, etc.</li>\n <li>Maintains cleanliness of vehicle.</li>\n <li>Conveys materials and items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas.</li>\n <li>Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence.</li>\n <li>Fills work orders and/or requests for materials, tools or other stock items.</li>\n <li>Maintains inventory records.</li>\n <li>Maintains cleanliness of shop, warehouse, storage yard, parking lot, and/or offices as needed.</li>\n <li>Utilizes tow behind trailer to make deliveries and pickups.</li>\n <li>Delivers and picks up permit applications, permits, and approved drawings.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work OT and off hour shifts as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED is required.</li>\n <li>2+ years of related work experience is required.</li>\n <li>Vocational or industry trade school is a plus.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card is required. </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets or exceeds Company standards found in the Fleet Policy is required.</li>\n <li>Previous experience operating a forklift is required.</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word and Excel) is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
