💼 What You’ll Do
This is NOT a passive customer service role.
This is consultative, relationship-driven inside sales in a high-volume call environment.
You will:
Take inbound & outbound calls from individuals seeking treatment Build trust quickly in emotionally sensitive conversations Use strong objection-handling skills Guide prospective clients toward next steps in the admissions process Maintain accurate records in Salesforce & EMR systems Work closely with Admissions to convert leads into successful enrollments Hit performance goals while maintaining empathy and professionalism Every conversation counts.
